- We had a well-supported meeting at Ditton Community Centre on 28th October 2024.
- We had 2 guest speakers, a Consultant Oncologist and Consultant Radiologist from Maidstone Hospital.
- The main topic was spinal cord compression: what it is and what symptoms to look out for as a patient.
- There was a lot of discussion on the effects and what it can do to your spine.
- The Consultant Radiologist from radiotherapy discussed treatment that can help with spinal compression.
- Overall, the group were totally engaged with this and thanked the consultants for their time.
